I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and looking for a hitch cargo carrier that would allow the tail gate to fulling open and come completely dow without unloading the cargo carrier. thank you.

We do have one product that would allow you to lower the tailgate while the cargo is still in place.

Take a look at the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # Y62VR. This carrier would swing completely out of the way, allowing the tailgate to fully open.

The Curt 24 x 59 carrier you mentioned, part # C18151 is capable of folding up against the rear of the vehicle when unloaded in order to save space, but we don't offer any cargo carriers that would fold or tilt down and allow you to fully open the truck tailgate.
