Weight Capacity of the Loadstar ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire
Question:
This wheel is rated at 2830 lb. Is that a rating per tire or set of 2? So two tires would support 5200lb trailer, or close to that? and 4 tires would support 10400lb?

The Loadstar ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel # AM3S870 that you referenced has a weight capacity of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi per wheel/tire.
For a single axle trailer you would have a total tire/wheel capacity of 5,080 lbs and for a dual axle trailer you would have a total of 10,160 lbs.
With trailer tires you want to have them inflated to their max PSI to get the full capacity.
