The hitch I have for your 2009 Buick Enclave that will allow you to reattach the fascia door after the hitch has been installed is the Curt Trailer Hitch, # 13424. It is a bolt-on installation, no drilling required. I am sending a link to the installation instructions for that hitch.

As far as the fascia door with a bump for factory hitches working on the other hitches, I called my supplier on the Draw-Tite Hitch, # 75528, and the Hidden Hitch, # 87435, and they said that you would need to check with the GM dealer if that fascia door would fit.

If you are going to be towing with this hitch you will also need a Ball Mount, # C45010, a Pin and Clip, # PC3, and a hitch ball. The hitch ball you need will depend on what size the coupler is on the trailer you will be towing. If it is 1-7/8 inches coupler you will need Tow Ready Hitch Ball, # 19260. If it is 2 inches then you will use Tow Ready Hitch Ball, # 19247.

The wiring harness you would need would be Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118450, which connects behind the vehicles taillights. It simply plugs in and there is no cutting or splicing of the wires. I am sending a video link of the wiring harness being installed on a 2009 Buick Enclave.
