No bushings or hardware required? Ok to mount metal on top of metal bumper?

The Rampage Euro Style Grille Guard, part # RA7659 is designed to fit 1987-2006 Wranglers, and is designed to help protect the front end of your Jeep.
Per the attached installation instructions, you simply remove the Torx bolts on the front bumper assembly, place the # RA7659 over the holes and replace the Torx bolts. No additional hardware is needed.
