Swivel Jack with Wheel with Enough Lift to Lift Trailer Up 25 Inches from the Ground
Question:
I am confused about the measurements. I need to jack up the trailer coupler so that it is 25 inches above the ground in order for it to go over the ball on my truck hitch. How do I determine if a jack will extend far enough using a swivel wheel to do this?

The bracket height of a jack is measured from the center of the bracket to the bottom of the wheel or foot. For jack # FTJ12000101 when the jack is fully retracted as high as it will go it measures 23 inches from the bracket center to the bottom of the wheel. Depending on how tall the trailer frame is this may or may not be enough.
Jack # DL22210 has an extended measurement of 26-5/8 inches so provided the trailer you have does not have a bottom-mount (underslung) coupler it will provide enough lift. I have included a link to a video review of this jack for you.
