The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR2KHDS02 includes the necessary installation hardware, as shown on the linked photo, as well as the rubber spring and spindle assemblies. It does NOT include bearings, races, seals, etc.
The product page lists the compatible bearings to allow you to choose a hub or hub/drum that will properly fit on these spindles. For example, for an idler hub kit (no brakes) you could use part # 84545UC1-EZ. Or for a hub/drum (for drum brakes) you could use kit # 84546UC3-EZ. Both of these compatible hub kits have a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern and include the bearings, races, seal, lug nuts, etc. Some other Timbren kits like # A35RD545E do include hub/drums, bearings, races, seals, etc.
If you have hubs already that use these same # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer bearings then they will fit on the spindles.
