Will HBA-CAM Control Adapter Module Work With Older Hydrastar Actuator On 2015 Chevrolet Silverado
Question:
I cant read the serial number on my hba 16. How can I figure out if the hba-cam will work with it? Can the card inside be changed to work with it ?

I called my contact at Cargo Towing about your # HBA16 Actuator and trying to use a Control Adapter Module. They told me that you can install part # HBA-CAM. This will work with the in-cab brake controller you have on your 2015 Silverado.
This unit will give you more control over your trailer brakes with a faster response time.
They did tell me the card cannot be swapped out on the unit.
