Bearings can fit pretty tight on axle spindles. What you can do is apply some penetrating oil like WD40 to the portion of the bearing that is stuck on your spindle and then let it sit for a few minutes. Using a punch or a wedge you can carefully apply force on the outside of the bearings to get them off. You will want to work around the entire bearing so that the force is applied evenly.
Be careful not to damage the spindle in the process.
