Installing Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 in 2013 Toyota Tundra w/ Tow Package
Question:
Hello, Am I to understand that after this relatively easy install that all else for the brake controller is done through the factory plug by the park brake to my factory electrical plug at the rear of the truck? Sure seems easy if thats it. Im going to order these two parts, but I d like to know if thats all there is to it. Thanks,

You are correct! Installing the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller, # 90195, in your 2013 Toyota Tundra is going to be very easy since your truck is factory equipped with the tow package. You'll just need the Plug-In Wiring Adapter, # 3040-P, and installation will be a breeze. Just mount the brake controller and bracket, plug the one end of the wiring adapter into the factory plug located between the driver's side kick panel and the parking brake, secure the ground wire to a body ground, and final step is to plug the other end of the adapter into the brake controller. I have included a short video for you.
