The Thule OutWay 2 Bike Trunk Rack, part # TH45JV, will fit both the 2 door and 4 door models of the 2005 Honda Accord.
If you plan to carry women's, children's, or alternative frame bicycles, I would recommend using the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT. This bar will allow you to carry those types of bikes level and make securing the bikes to the rack easier.
