In terms of ground clearance, the Class II hitches for your 2015 Honda Odyssey will have slightly better clearance than the Class III hitches. From the ground up to the bottom of the receiver it will be approximately 9-1/2 inches. This isn't much but vans sit low to the ground so it is to be expected.

As far as the factory hitch It is probably in a comparable position but it is possible that it is slightly higher or lower.

For a trailer hitch you can use # 36417. This hitch is rated for 300 pounds tongue weight and 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight. The proper ball mount for it is # 36071. For a 1-7/8 inch ball you can use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258.

And for a trailer wiring harness you can use # 118521. I have linked videos showing how the hitch and wiring install.
