Folding 4-Bike Platform Bike Rack for 21015 Jeep Wrangler

Will the swagman 2+2 fold up on a Jeep Wrangler with this spared tire.

The presence of the spare tire could prevent the bike rack from folding for you. In order to find out for sure, there's a measurement you can take. Measure from the hitch pin hole in the receiver tube rearward until you clear the spare tire. I'll link you to an FAQ article that shows exactly how to take that measurement.

When folded, the distance from the hitch pin hole in the shank of the rack to the closest portion of the rack is 9 inches. If the measurement you took is greater than 9 inches, the bike rack will fit, but will NOT be capable of folding. Yakima offers their HoldUp 4 bike rack # Y02443-2 which is pretty similar to the Swagman Quad 2+2. When folded, the HoldUp measures 7 inches between the hitch pin hole and the closest portion of the rack. This rack will fit great if the your measurement is less than 7 inches. When NOT folded, either rack would fit perfectly.

I've looked through all of our 4 bike platform racks, and found that these two are the most likely to work with your Wrangler when folded.
