Is Hardware for CE Smith Spare Tire Carrier Galvanized or Zinc Plated

Are ALL the parts galvanized? Nuts, ubults etc? Not zinc plated but galvanized?

I checked with CE Smith on the spare tire carrier # CE27310G. The mount itself is galvanized but all other parts (the hardware) is zinc plated. I checked all of the spare tire carriers we offer, see link, and all similar models also use zinc plated hardware and all others except this CE Smith carrier also use zinc plating on the main mount.
