Can Roof Rack Accessories Attach to TracRac Ladder Rack Crossbars

Question:

In reading some customer reviews of this rack, some mentioned using either Thule or Yakima attachments. Is this possible and is some type of adapter required?

The crossbars of the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-501 have to be much thicker than Thule and Yakima crossbars because of the difference in weight capacities. The Yakima and Thule racks have weight capacities around 165 lbs typically and this rack has a 1,250 lb capacity.

Because of the difference in the size of the bars the accessories that fit by attaching around the bars aren't compatible. This rack does have a track on the top so some accessories that use a track-style for attachment would still work.
