Should Trailer Wiring Have the Running Light Circuit Always Activated
Question:
Should the running light pin stay on even when the truck is off? I run a test on the posts and the running light post is the only one that stays on.

The only time the running light circuit of trailer wiring should be on is when the headlights or running lights of the vehicle are on. You might have a shorted trailer wiring converter box or a bad relay if the trailer wiring is factory.
