If registering or titling a new trailer in Texas requires a state inspection, then you will want to complete that as well. You can check with your local DOT to find out if registration requires a state inspection.
According to my contact at Yakima, the Rack And Roll Trailer # Y08107, in the state of Texas, will need: to be registered, title MSO (no special requirements), your receipt, 130U form, and there will most likely be a fee.
