Spare Tire Carrier Recommendation for Square 4 inch RV Bumper

Can I mount this carrier to the bottom of a 4inch x 4inch rear RV bumper? This would give me room for a bike rack. Thank,

For a square 4 inch bumper you would want the spare tire carrier part # TR-1 as the # FSTC1000301 only fits bumpers up to 3 inch by 5 inch.
