Will the Thule Sidekick Roof Cargo Carrier Fit a 2009 Toyota Venza with a Satellite Radio Antenna

Will the Tule Sidekick fit a 2009 Toyota Venza? We have satellite antenna and would like to know how far the back mounting area is compared to back of carrier.

The Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Box, # TH682, will fit on your 2009 Toyota Venza as long as it has cross bars that run side to side on top of the vehicle. If you do not have cross bars, you can add them. You would need Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, as well as locks # TH450400. I have included a video review and installation details below.

As far as where the box will mount, it can vary. If you have cross bars (or need the ones I recommended) and they can be moved forward or back, you can adjust them in such a way as to not interfere with your satellite antenna. The Sidekick cargo box requires the cross bars be between 23-5/8 inches and 28 inches apart. So if your antenna is at the back of the car, slide the cross bars forward. As long as they are at least 23-5/8 inches apart, the box can be loaded on them.
