Which Transmission Cooler would be Good for a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 used for Snow Plowing

What do you suggest for my 2008 1500 silverado, I use for snow plowing.

With the kinds of load that a plow truck would be pushing, I would recommend using a transmission cooler on the large end, especially since it is a 1/2 ton truck. The Derale Series 9000 Plate-Fin Class V cooler you were looking at would be a good choice. They radiate plenty of heat due to their all aluminum construction. The cooler measures 11 inches wide, 11-3/8 inches tall and 1-1/4 thick.

Locate an area in front of your engine radiator that you would like to mount the cooler and make sure you have enough space to mount the cooler.

I would also recommend replacing the transmission fluid and filter at either the beginning or end of each plow season.
