Using Curt C18110 Cargo Carrier on Rear of Pop-Up Camper
Question:
Would this be okay to mount on the rear of our 2015 Rockwood Premier 2716G pop-up camper? We would only use it to haul a mobility scooter that weighs 50 lbs.

I'm usually pretty leery about recommending folks to use a cargo carrier on the rear of a trailer, for two reasons.
1) The suspension of a trailer is more stiff than that of a passenger vehicle
2) Trailers usually have a longer rear overhang (distance between rear axle and rear bumper)
Both these elements mean that any load carried on the rear of a trailer will be subjected to more rattling, bumping and jarring than if it were carried on the rear of a passenger vehicle.
This being said, because the scooter you're planning on carrying weighs only 50 lbs, you should be okay. I wouldn't recommend carrying much more weight than that. If you're planning on driving on dirt or gravel roads, drive slowly to minimize the rattling and bouncing that the carrier would have to withstand.
Make sure that the 30 lb weight of the carrier and the weight of the scooter won't exceed the capacity of the hitch the carrier will be installed in.
