Is this combo using the 20214 rim? Does this rim/tire combo have 1/2 positive offset?

Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13-Inch Black Wheel # AM31241 does have offset. It is the same wheel as # AM20214. This means the tire mounted on this wheel will be 1/2-inch closer to the trailer than the rim's center line.
Not every possible tire/wheel combination is offered as a pre-mounted item so if you need a wheel with offset you may need to order the tire and wheel as individual items and have them mounted together locally.
