I need front hitch for E450 this is Motorhome. Does front hitch for E350 fits on E450?

Since your 2006 Ford E450 is a platform for a motorhome you'll want to use the front-mount hitch intended specifically for that RV cutaway version, part # 65001 from Draw-Tite. This hitch bolts on using included hardware and provides a 2-inch receiver opening with a 500-lb vertical load rating and 9000-lb line pull rating.
This hitch is ideal for use with a snow plow like the SnowBear Personal Snowplow # SB324-081 or a winch mount like # C31010.
