Installation Instructions for the Torklift Tie Downs part # TLC2202 for a 2006 Chevy Silverado

I have a 2006 chevy Silverado 6foot 6inch bed the chart says I need tlc2202 tie downs, is that correct? and it will need some drilling to mount. Can you e-mail me the instructions so I can see if this is something I can do myself? Thank you
