The TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XT-EX fits a wide range of trucks and your 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab is indeed one of them as long as you have the 5-foot bed length. It will not fit on 6-foot bed trucks.
If you do have the 6-foot bed you can click on one of the two links to see compatible ladders racks. One link shows racks that work with the Utili-Track system and the other link shows racks that work on trucks without it.
