Recommended Replacement Shank for Use with Reese Weight Distribution Hitch
Question:
Hello. Is the pro series 63971 shank the same as the reese model 63971. They have the same part number and seem identical. Im looking for a shank that will work with my reese dc hp hitch.

Reese and ProSeries are sister companies, both part of Cequent Performance Products, and the shank # RP63971 will work with either brand of weight distribution to provide a height drop range up to 6-1/2 inches with round-bar systems or 4-3/4-inches with trunnion bar systems. We carry only the Reese part # RP63971.
