I spoke with my contact at Carlisle who manufacturers Hydrastar about your 2015 Ford F-150 with the factory brake controller.

In order for the brakes to operate correctly with the Hydrastar actuator, you will need the Carlisle Control Adapter Module, part # HBA-CAM. You will just simply attach the blue wire to the blue wire on your actuator and the white wire to the white wire on the actuator.
