If the lift on your 2013 Ford F-350 is a suspension lift where the bed and frame are still the same distance apart as stock then you will be able to install a 5th wheel trailer hitch. the extra height though may require some adjustments to the height of the hitch and 5th wheel pin box to be able to tow the trailer level.
If the lift is a body lift and the bed is further from the frame then you would not be able to install a 5th wheel hitch.
For an installation kit I recommend # RP50026-58. This is a custom kit that requires no drilling into the truck frame for installation. I have linked the instructions so you can determine if any part of the lift kit would interfere with installation.
For a hitch it is going to depend on the weight of the trailer but a good entry level option is the Pro Series 16K hitch # RP30047. It has a dual jaw design and 4-way pivoting head. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you. The slider version for short bed trucks is # RP30051.
