Compatibility of Thule Bike Rack with a Class I Hitch
Question:
Critical question about bike rack TH9024XT: Is it Class I or Class II? I've tried a bike rack before that was for 1-1/4 inch hitch but was Class II and did not go all the way in to my Class I hitch.

The Thule Apex, part # TH9024XT, is specifically designed to work with Class I, II and III hitches. Racks that will work only for a Class II hitch will be noted in the product description. I can assure you that the Thule Apex will work great with your Class I hitch.
