Is the Hollywood Racks Bike and Cargo Carrier Available in a Fixed, Non-Folding Version

I like this rack but I dont need the tilt away design. Do you have one that is not tilt away?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HR1450Z-85 and # HR1400Z-85 are only available in tilting form. But you do not have to tilt the rack at all if you don't want to. These are going to be the best options for carrying bikes and cargo at the same time in one convenient carrier. I have included a link to a video review for you.
