Recommended Hitch Reducer For Using Bully Hitch Step With 2 Inch Receiver

I have a Bully Black Bull Series LED Hitch Step BBS-1104L that I used with a class 2 receiver on a Subaru Crosstrek. The Crosstrek got hit in April so I now have a Forester XT with a class 3 hitch. I have been unable to locate the sleeve/shank/adapter that I now need to make the 1.25inch step fit snuggly into 2inch receiver. I was wondering if you carried that part. Also, would Hollywood Racks HRREDADA or Sport Rack 05001300000 accomplish the same goal? Thanks

The adapter that allows you to use the Bully Black Bull LED Hitch-Mounted Step, part # BBS-1104L in your 2 inch trailer receiver is not available as a separate item but I do have a solution for you.

I recommend using the Brophy Hitch Reducer, part # HT02. This will allow you to be able to insert your lighted step into the adapter and then attach it to the 2 inch receiver on your Forester. When this is used with the # BBS-1104L there will be a gap of approximately 1/2 inch between the hitch step and the end of the adapter. Part # HRREDADA and # 05001300000 are product specific and will not work with the Bully Step.
