Can Demco Hijacker 5th Wheel Hitch Install in 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5-1/2-Foot Bed

I have a 2012 Dodge 1500 with a 5ft 6 box. I have a Hijacker 18k SL hitch. It came with a mounting kit for a Ford Super duty. Can I purchase a mounting kit for the 2012 Dodge? Thanks

A Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch such as their 18K-rated # DM8550024 is designed for the in-bed puck system on Ford trucks, but you can adapt it for use with industry-standard base rails by using Demco's Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM6003. These replace the side plates on your Hijacker to allow it to mount in an above-bed base rail kit such as # RP30035-386 from Reese.
