I love my new sienna but when loaded with people and/or cargo it droops quite a bit in the back. Will these help?

Yes! I do recommend the Timbren helper springs, # TTORSEN04, to level the back of your 2016 Toyota Sienna when the van is loaded. It will also improve ride quality whether loaded or unloaded. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
