Should Cardboard Be Removed Before Installing Bearing Buddy Bras

bearing buddy bras came with a round cardboard . Do i leave in to install? or discard before installing the BB bra? Thanks!

The cardboard is intended to help keep the shape of the Bearing Buddy Bras like part # BB23B when they are shipped, and should be removed before installing the bras on your Bearing Buddys.
