Does the Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-3500 Have to Face Forward
Question:
Can the jack be mounted with the controls to the side or rear? I am trying to get more room to lower my truck tail gate with the trailer attached.

Yes, you can install the Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-3555 that you referenced with the switch side facing any direction. Having the switches be facing backwards or to the side would allow more tail gate clearance.
