Universal Towing Mirror for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I am looking for a good quality towing mirror for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Most reviews I have read on the universal mirrors they get bad reviews for coming loose and vibrating. What is a good mirror you would recommend that would fit my vehicle?

Expert Reply:
Universal towing mirrors that clamp onto the factory side mirrors such as # 11953 do have more vibration than many people are used to or would like. Mirrors coming off is more a symptom of improper installation or use on a mirror that is too small or an odd shape.
The mirror that is the most stable and offers the best visibility is going to be door mount mirror # 11650. It will fit your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee provided there is no molding or cladding at the bottom of the door.
