How to Remove Retention Screw to Replace Wheel Tray on a Thule T2
Question:
Just purchased replacement from you but not sure how to remove the stop on the rack which keeps tray from sliding off and then on. Tried to use a screw driver but stop just kept turning and not moving out

I spoke to my contact at Thule and she went out into their warehouse to pull one of their Thule T2 Bike Racks part # TH9044-TH9046 to figure out how to remove the wheel tray.
She said that you will need to pry the end cap off (she had to use a butter knife...), and then use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab and hold the nylock nut that is in the tube of the rack and then use the screwdriver to remove the screw.
