Hitch Cargo Carrier Recommendation for a 1998 Honda Accord

good afternoon, i have a 1998 Honda accord coupe v6 ex Would my class 1 hitch attached to towing ring and bolted to wheel well be sufficient attachment for the C18110 cargo carrier that would be used to carry a 110 lbs. mini bike?

The cargo carrier part # C18110 that you referenced will fit a Class I hitch like what you have on your 1998 Honda Accord and has a 300 lb capacity. The hitch you have on your 1998 Honda Accord will have a 200 lb tongue weight capacity. The weight of your mini bike (110 lbs) plus the weight of the # C18110 (30 lbs) is right at 140 lbs so you would be good to go with this setup.
