If your 5th wheel has a ladder on it, the Stromberg Carlson # LA-102 Ladder Mount 2 Bike Carrier you referenced would work very well for you.

Another alternative would be to install a receiver on the rear of your 5th wheel like part # UF35-946403. This hitch would need to be welded into place, and is compatible with frame members that have an outside to outside dimension between 47-1/8 inches and 77 inches. The hitch has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, which COULD be limited by the structure of your 5th wheel, if it's less. Check your owner's manual or with your 5th wheel's manufacturer for any capacities or limitations.

With the hitch in place, you have many different bike rack choices available, but you'll want to be sure to choose one that's compatible with use on the back of a towed trailer or RV. The Swagman XP 4 for 4 bikes, part # S64940 would be an excellent choice, if the structure at the rear of your fifth wheel could handle the weight of 4 bikes plus that of the rack.
