Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler Kit w/Barb Inlets - Class IV - Efficient ITEM # D13504....Also is there any other items that I need to install this other than item# D13035

If you're comparing two Derale Coolers that use the same construction, like the Plate-Fin style # D13503 and # D13504, the larger the cooler is, the greater the surface area the heat exchanger has to dissipate heat. We usually recommend folks get the largest available cooler that will fit into the space available in the engine compartment. The most efficient spot to install the cooler is directly behind the grille in front of the radiator.
Since different vehicles have different front clip (grille) configurations, a transmission cooler isn't a one size fits all item. They're available in different sizes because different vehicles have varying amounts of space available.
A large vehicle like your Yukon would likely have lots of available space, so getting a large cooler like the # D13504 would be recommended. The only situation where going with the largest available cooler might not be the best idea would be if you live in a very cold climate where the temperature was frequently below O degrees Fahrenheit.
Other than the # D13035 snap in fitting, you would need nothing else other than the cooler with its included hose, clamps and the zip hardware to secure the cooler to the radiator or AC compressor. I've linked you to some FAQ articles about transmission coolers as well as to an install video that shows how the D13035 fitting is used. If you would like to use the metal strapping shown in the video to install the cooler, it's available as part # D13002. It's not necessary, but it would make for a stronger attachment.
