Can You Back Up with the Pro Series Weight Distribution System PS49582 Installed
Question:
Pro Series Weight Distribution System w Friction Sway Control - Round - 10,000 lbs Looking at this product it states Does not allow backing up Does that mean you can only go forward with this? Like if I use it to pull a camper it must be a pull through site?

When you use a weight distribution system you have to be extra careful not to jackknife the trailer when backing up as it can damage the system.
The Pro Series WD System part # PS49582 that you referenced has a friction sway control unit that comes with it that is even more susceptible to damage when in tight turning situations. If you were to back up mainly straight with this system you would be fine. But if you were to need to make some tight turns you would need to disconnect the system.
