There are only certain bike carriers that are rated for use behind a motor home. this is because the distance from the rear axle to the back of the motor home is greater than that of a passenger vehicle. So what happens is a lot of movement and jarring of the carrier, like riding at the back of a school bus.
The Yakima HoldUp # Y02443-2 is not rated for use at the back of a motor home. I have included a link to all of the carriers that are rated for use at the back of a motor home.
For a 4-bike platform style carrier that is rated for use at the back of a motor home you can use the Sport Rider SE # HR1400Z. Since you said you will be taking the battery packs off of the electric bikes, they should be able to fit within the capacities of this carrier which is 50 pounds per bike.
The only issue is that if the bikes have a very low step-through frame design you would need to use adapter bars, # 64005, so the hooks on the bike carrier have something to hold on to.
