The brake lines of your trailer should be fine for the installation of a disc brake setup. But surge actuator are designed for either a disc or drum setup. Since yours is setup for a drum brake setup you would also have to replace that with one rated for disc.

The # T4843300 does come with everything you would need (plus brake lines), but you would need to be sure that this kit will fit your wheels by determining your wheel bolt pattern. This kit as a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. I attached a help article on determining bolt pattern for you to check out as well.

Next thing you will need to determine is if the hubs of this kit will fit your spindles. You can do this in one of two ways. You can either get the bearing numbers out of the hubs of your current trailer or you can use a dial or digital caliper to get exact measurements where the bearings and seals ride.

If your bearings are
Inner bearing: L68149
Outer bearing: L44649

This kit would fit your trailer. For 1/2 inch lug nuts you would want the part # 12CLN.
