Which Locking Hitch Pin for Swagman # S64670 XTC2 Bike Rack

hello. i have the swagman xtc2 sr-640-k bike carrier. it fits into my 1 1/4inch hitch receiver. im looking for a locking hitch pin to use with this bike carrier. i purchased a locking hitch pin for a 1 1/4inch hitch and it did not screw in all the way. please explain why they would not be compatible. now im looking at the locking hitch pin for this carrier on this site. however since my model number cannot be found here, though i did purchase the carrier here, im not sure if the advertised pin will work for me. please help. thank you. i look forward to hearing from you.

We offer the Swagman # S64029 locking anti-rattle hitch pin that's compatible with the Swagman XTC2, part # S64670. For a hitch and cable lock combo, we offer # S64031.

We don't sell a bike rack with the # SR-640-K part number that you mentioned, nor could I find record of your purchase in our records, so I'm not able to confirm which bike rack you have, nor do I know for certain which lock you've purchased that doesn't work.

If you indeed have a Swagman XTC2 rack, the lock options I mentioned above would be compatible. I've linked you to product demonstration videos for the parts I've mentioned.
