If you are looking for a friction sway control system I would recommend the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 that you referenced as it works just as good as the more expensive units we sell yet costs less.
You should know that the best way to fight trailer sway is proper trailer loading. If you can get your tongue weight to be 10-15% of the total trailer weight of and have your trailer towed as level as possible that would be the best way to prevent trailer sway.
