Will Thule TH859XT Cargo Basket Interfere with Roof Mounted Antenna on Roof of 2011 Kia Soul
Question:
I want to buy th859xt cargo basket and put on a 2011 Kia Soul I have a standard equipment antena on the rear roof Will the basket for over this antena ?? Thanks

Regarding the Thule Canyon XT # TH859XT and your antenna:
Generally speaking, the roof mounted antennas are typically angled rearward, which coupled with the fact that the bottom of the basket would sit about a 1/2 inch above the top of your crossbars would usually prevent the antenna from getting in the way of a basket or roof cargo box. Since the basket is a total of 49 inches long, my best advice for you would be to hold a measuring tape at 49 inches up to the roof, centered on the crossbars. You can manipulate the tape forward and backward, which would give you a good idea of how the basket would sit on the roof.
