Roof Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for a Honda CR-V
Question:
Will a Yakima Forklift bike carrier mounted on the factory roof rack of a 2011 CR-V EX interfere with opening the rear lift door? The lift door has a top mounted spoiler that looks like it might not clear a bike carrier that extends very far. If the Forklift wont work, do you know of one that will? Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

The Yakima Forklift # Y02098 that you referenced should work well on your 2011 Honda CR-V. We had the opportunity to test fit this rack on a similar 2012 Honda CR-V as yours and we found that it would easily clear the hatch if opened. Check out the video I attached to see the test fit.
