For the Yakima RidgeBack bike carrier # Y02457 to fit your 2014 Honda CR-V the vehicle will have to have either a Class II, 1-1/4 inch hitch or a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver. It will not fit a Class I trailer hitch.
The RidgeBack does have enough clearance to clear the back of your CR-V so no worries there.
To be able to tilt the rack you will need to remove the bikes. It is not meant to tilt with the bikes loaded. For a bike carrier that will allow you to tilt it down with the bikes loaded I recommend the Saris Glide EX, # SA774. This is a 4 bike rack that tilts out instead of down. I have linked a video showing how the rack works.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wife's bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my son's bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
