To determine which Thule or Yakima boxes will fit your 2011 Honda CR-V without hatch interference you will need to take a measurement. First, if you can move the crossbars on the vehicle, move the front crossbar as far forward as it will go. Then measure from the center of that bar straight back to the seam between the top of the hatch and the roof.
After you take that measurement you can compare it to the clearance requirements for the Thule and Yakima boxes using the graphs in the pictures I have included for you.
