Reese does make an underbed 5th wheel installation kit that will fit your 2001 Ford F-350 long bed but # RP30126 is not one that will fit. You would need to use # RP30073. The major difference is that this kit does not allow the installation of the underbed gooseneck hitch portion.
But there is a gooseneck plate that will fit it should you need to tow both a gooseneck and 5th wheel trailer. It is # RP30845. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
