First let's start with the axle. For a 3,500 lb axle we offer the part # 35545I-EZ-89. This comes with idler hubs with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. From hub face to face this axle measures 89 inches and between the two spring seats measures 74 inches. Your trailer will have to be compatible with both dimensions.
For a U-bolt kit to mount the axles to leaf springs you would want the part # APUBR-1. For leaf springs you would want the # e54SR. For a hanger kit you would want part # APS5.
For fenders you will want to check out the link I attached that shows all of the fenders we carry. You will want to select your rim size from the filters to see all that would fit.
